Dealt is a personal-agent app for tracking deadlines, invoices and follow-ups. It is designed so that your information stays with you. This page explains what the app does and doesn't do with it.

What Dealt stores, and where

Everything you enter — projects, tasks, dates, notes, invoice details, the name and nickname you give the agent, your email address, and any photos, videos or voice notes you attach — is stored only on your device. Dealt has no servers, no accounts, and no cloud storage. Nothing you enter is transmitted to us or to anyone else.

What Dealt does not do

• It does not collect analytics or usage data.
• It does not track you, and contains no advertising or tracking software.
• It does not share, sell or transfer your information to any third party.
• It does not include any third-party code that collects data.

Camera, microphone and photo library

Dealt asks for access to the camera, microphone or photo library only when you choose to attach a photo, video or voice note to a project. What you attach is saved on your device alongside the project and goes nowhere else. You can revoke this access at any time in the Settings app.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Dealt does not use a notification server, and no information about your reminders leaves your phone.

Email to clients

When you choose to send a client an update, Dealt opens the Mail app with the message pre-filled. The message is sent from your own email account by the Mail app. Dealt does not send email itself and does not see whether it was sent.

Subscription and payment

Dealt is a subscription purchased through the App Store. Apple handles the payment entirely. Dealt never sees, receives or stores your card details or any other payment information. The app only learns from Apple whether a subscription is active. Apple's handling of your payment is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Backups

You can export a backup of your projects as a file. Where that file goes — Files, iCloud Drive, email, anywhere else — is your choice and under your control. Dealt does not keep a copy.

Deleting your data

Because everything lives on your device, deleting the app deletes all of your Dealt data. There is nothing held elsewhere to request or remove.

Children

Dealt is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. It collects no information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
